What catigory do we put customer service questions in?
Questions on products seem to have no category so I put them in the poll category. What do you do and where are customer service questions supposed to go for Yahoo Answer?

Questions on products could be placed in the category that covers the relevant product. For example, questions on food and drink products could be posted in the Food & Drink category.
Questions on customer service could be posted in the category for something related to the service. For example, questions on customer service in banks could be posted in the Business & Finance category.
If you want a place for customer service questions related to Yahoo! Answers problems you could post them in the Forum where Yahoo! staff will see them as they peruse the Forum but more or less ignore the rest of the site.
