Can I listen to my local radio stations through my sirius satellite radio?

I just want to be able to listen to local stations through my satellite receiver, because the quality of the local stations is shitty.

Yes. Since you have a computer, the easiest way I found was to do the following:
    1. Hit local stations via www. It should list the sirius moniker.
    2. Fire up sisius. If that doesn’t work, Go to Radio 365 or Radio Time. The sirius moniker should be listed there.

Unless the receiver has a built in AM/FM radio, no. Most don’t but a few do.

I’m also in Canada and I also have Sirius Satellite Radio and the answer to your question is no.
Local stations broadcast locally, have nothing to with Sirius and they wish Sirius would go away. (Why not try and find something you like on Sirius!?!? or do you like commercials?)
There are many things you can do to get better reception, if your radio has an input for an antenna. There are power antennas etc. Check with The Source. To get better reception without buying an antenna, try switching from stereo to mono or turning off the “afc.” That stands for “automatic frequency control.’ These fine tuning controls try to bring in stereo when FM mono sounds better than static. Even moving a radio can bring in better reception. There could be a big metal stud in the wall or something you don’t know about causing interferance.
    Good luck.
