What is a good natural pill for anxiety and depression?
I want to get off Prozac on to something natural that I can take when I am pregnant. Does anyone know of a natural pill for anxiety and depression?.
GABA for anxiety and St John’s Wort for depression. You can get both from the pharmacy. however, it is not clear whether pregnant ladies can take these pills. It may not be totally safe. it is best to consult a physician.
